They DISH you a merry Christmas!

DISH Network desired a contemporary take on the holiday classic, “We wish you a merry Christmas”, which dates back to the 1800’s.
The song is in the public domain & thus open to rearrangement, allowing Kansas City composer, Julian Bickford to spike the classic cordial tune.

If you’re interested to know more holiday songs in the public domain, here is a list:
“Deck the Halls”
“The First Noel”
“Hark, The Herald Angels Sing”
“Jingle Bells”
“Joy to the World”
“Come All Ye Faithful”
“Silent Night”
“The Twelve Days of Christmas”

Please note however: just because a song is in the public domain, there very well may be copyrights to particular arrangement of the song.
